Peg Cheng

Writer + Intuitive Adviser

ADVISING

Peg Cheng headshot“Is this really what I want to do?”

“Is this what I’m meant to do?”

“Why can’t I figure this out?”

If you’re grappling with these kinds of questions, you’re in the right place.

I’m Peg Cheng, and as an intuitive adviser, I help people find answers to tough questions about their work, money, and career. My unique advising sessions blend the practical with the metaphysical, and intellect with intuition, to help you make wiser and more informed decisions.

Wow, felt great after talking with you today! I’m looking at things in a new light with regard to my past work and my current business. It was very easy to open up and share these things, especially with the questions you posed instead of the usual comments that tend to be biased when sharing with a friend or family member. — Rachel Corwin

Advising sessions start with unearthing what you truly want to know. You can ask any questions about your work, money, or career. What’s gnawing at you, poking at you, whispering to you? I’ll listen to you deeply so that you can listen deeply to yourself, and I’ll also use tarot and oracle cards to help you gain insights and perspective. I’m here to help you, not change you. You have the power to change yourself, and all choices and decisions are yours to make.

My experience was pretty extraordinary. By being listened to, I found that I began to hear myself.  It was as if I had been looking at a magnification of 10X, seeing my life at a granular level, and you helped me step back to see a bigger picture. It made sense of my current circumstances and fit them into a larger, more hopeful context. When my confidence wavers, I remind myself that “I’ve got this—I know what I’m doing. — Jan Culp

My advising approach has been shaped by five key things: my love and curiosity for people; completing Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program with 200+ hours of training; 35 jobs where I learned to communicate with people from many walks of life; 18 years providing career counseling and academic advising to thousands of people, and my studies in the metaphysical realm.

Peg’s skills at listening and repeating my words back in a clearer vocabulary was powerful. She has an ability to shift my thinking within my own words and thoughts. She made the fog in my mind dissipate. I highly recommend Peg when you are trying to get clarity in your profession and in your life. — Melissa Morrisette

Advising sessions are for 30 or 60 minutes. Sessions take place over the phone or Skype. If you wish, Skype sessions can be recorded.

Before making your first appointment, please read and understand my advising policies. Then book your session using my scheduler below.

Looking forward to working with you!

What people are saying…

Lizz Zitron, Professor + Librarian

The Contenders is the middle grade novel you’ve been waiting for: diverse characters who are funny and real. Eunice and her friends and family feel so real–they are flawed, kind, complex, a little mean at times, and just wanting to find their place in the world. Highly recommended for every middle school collection.

Laila Atallah, Career Coach

What I love so much about your writing is how personal it is. It gives me permission to accept and love my own humanity, while also giving really helpful tips and mindset shifts, and next steps too.

Mary Elder, Writer + Screenwriter

I would recommend your Fear & Writing class to writers at any stage of their career who struggle with fear (or synonym: “procrastination”). Everyone–from the aspiring writer who says, “I wish I could start writing” to the established writer who laments, “I’m a published author, why can’t I be more productive?”–everyone can get real value out of your class.
